Fast & Easy Returns on Work Boots!

ConstructionGear.com values you as a customer, and wants you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase. If you aren’t happy with your new work boots, we will return or exchange them for free for up to 90 days. Boots in new condition may still be returned after 90 days, but a $5 handling fee will be applied.

• For your convenience we will provide free return shipping on all unworn boots. We will send you a free shipping return label to send the boots back to us in the original packaging with all paperwork included. You may return your unworn boots for a period of up to one year.

• Unworn boots with defects in appearance or construction may also be returned under the guidelines above.

• If after wearing your boots under normal conditions, a defect becomes apparent, we will gladly refund you or exchange the boots for a new pair. We accept returns on worn defective boots for up to 120 days.

*Please note that boots with damage, cuts, burns or abrasions caused by heat exposure, acid or chemicals cannot be returned.

Request a Return

To request a return, please call our toll free customer service number at 1-877-734-2458 or email sales@onlinestores.com. If your request is made within the allotted time period, we will issue a free return merchandise label to you by mail or email. If we email you the return label; simply tape the label to your box and drop off at any FedEX shipping location. If we mail you a label it will be a UPS label; simply tape the label to your box and drop off at any UPS shipping location. We will exchange or refund your boots within 5-7 days of delivery.

Please include all original packaging with all returns, and write the reason for the return on the packing slip provided. Online Stores will inspect the boots before a refund or exchange is issued.

Boots returned after the time period has expired must be returned at the customer’s cost and will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
